Smooth Creamy Peanut Butter

INGREDIENTS

300g Roasted Peanuts

30g Castor Sugar

1/4tsp Salt 

PREPERATION

1. Place peanut into jug. (30 secs, Speed 10).

2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again. (1 minute, Speed 10).

3. Add Castor Sugar and Salt. (1 minute, Speed 4).

4. Plating and serve.
